Cannot open Party Quest bag and Album

Brief bug summary:
Since the v.263 patch, I cannot open my Party Quest bag and Album. When attempting to do so, the new Bag UI is erroneously opened instead.

More details:
When attempting to open a Party Quest bag or Album, the game specifically opens the Bag UI to the "Souls" tab. The items stored in the affected bags cannot be be viewed nor retrieved, and are effectively inaccessible.

1. Double-click an "Illustration Album" or "8-slot Party Quest Bag" item
