Some quality of life updates and future updates for Gollux:
Quality of Life:
Gollux Shop purchase limit increase from 1 per week to unlimited!
This way we can just worry about collecting coins and when a star force event comes around, we just need to buy equipment if we need to rather than needing to pre-emptively fill our inventory with spares in order to push superior equipment.
When first entering the head for Gollux, Gollux no longer attacks for the first 10 or longer seconds so you can properly load in and orientate yourself without the worry of getting one shot from a breath in attack.
Make the breath attack have more of a warning delay before it goes off to give players a better chance to dodge it. Same goes for Phase 2's reversal AoE attack.
Removal of the need for keys to enter Gollux!
The change will make it where players can enter Gollux an infinite amount of times in a day, but only one clear per day. Once Gollux is cleared for the day, you can no longer enter the boss fight.
Make the equipment icons have different gem colours based on the equipment instead of everything being purple gems.
This will make it easier to see what equipment is what instead of a faint coloured glow around the item, i.e. Superior will have green gems, Reinforced will have blue gems, etc.
Everything being purple gems with a coloured glow around it makes it hard to see what is Superior equipment and what is the other equipment, but if the gem colour and glow around the item both matched to the colour of the equipment then it would make it easier to see what is what.

Introducing Chaos Gollux!
Chaos Gollux will be a weekly version of Gollux, clears are separate to daily Gollux so you can do both in the same day.
Chaos Gollux still has the same 4 difficulties of Easy, Normal, Hard, and Hell and you fight any of these difficulties the same way you would fight regular Gollux.
Chaos Gollux will drop a boss crystal, the value is based on what difficulty of Chaos Gollux was fought and defeated at.
Chaos Gollux's difficulty will range anywhere between Normal Slime / Easy Lucid difficulty for Easy Chaos Gollux all the way to Hard Verus Hilla for Hell Chaos Gollux!
Chaos Gollux will have a chance to drop any of the 4 Superior Equipment of the ring, pendent, belt, or earring; chance to drop increases based on the difficulty.
Hard and Hell Chaos Gollux will drop a new type of coin.
This coin will be used for new Gollux Shop items, including a new 5th Superior Equipment that will be a badge equipment and increasing the superior set bonus to 5-set for the maximum.
The Superior Badge can be starred up to 30-stars and can receive potential!
Introducing Extreme Gollux!
Extreme Gollux will also be a weekly boss that shares its clears with Chaos Gollux.
Extreme Gollux can only be entered as a solo or duo party.
Its difficulty will be similar to Extreme Lotus.
Extreme Gollux will only have 1 difficulty!
The way you fight Extreme Gollux is that EVERY body part has to be defeated before you are allowed to enter into and fight the head! Making the boss fight not just about mechanics and having the damage to kill, but also your ability to efficiently get around the map and clear the body parts in a timely manner!
Extreme Gollux, besides dropping more of these new coins, will also have a chance to drop the Superior Badge directly.
Extreme Gollux will also drop a new enhancement item that has a rare drop chance and can be consumed on any Superior Equipment to have a 10% or 20% chance to transform the item from Superior Set and into Pitch Boss Set, while upgrading the level from 150 to 200, automatically upgrading the flame, star force stats, and potential along with it based on what the item previously had.
This same item can be used on already upgrade Superior Equipment to upgrade it again at a 2% or 5% chance to transform it from Pitch Boss Set to Brilliant Boss Set, while upgrading the level from 200 to 250!
This way it makes the items always relevant and they travel with you on your journey!

Immune to Gollux attacks untill you land the first hit ? i can accept that, however immunity dissapear if you do nothing for 10+ seconds as well, can't have a carrier chill either and eat while giving time to the carried to do their 5%
Chaos Gollux: i guess for the difficulty, however that would cause ppl to carry each other which mean everyone alts will be instant fill of Gollux pieces, so not a too big % increase for the drop odds if they add a Chaos Gollux
however, no badge from it if the Genesis badge dont receive an enhancement item to make it pottable, and no fifth set effect from Gollux badge if they make 1, it being pottable is good enough, but thats only acceptable if they modify the Genesis badge too
so
Gollux Badge: Pottable(IF Genesis Badge become pottable with an enhancement item), but no set effect for Gollux Badge
if Genesis Badge dont become pottable, then no Gollux Badge at all
Xtreme Gollux: idk....not too incline for that...Gollux mechanics are not fun
and your suggested system from Xtreme Gollux is a big nope, at most small drop chance for a Pitch box with a random pitch item like the familiar system

Chaos Gollux needs to a big increase in drop rates because the boss is a lot harder and it is weekly.
We don't need gatekeeper mindset here, just let people do whatever they want.
Who cares about Genesis Badge, this is GMS, let's make things more spicy and fun!
so unless the Genesis badge become pottable, a pottable Gollux badge is out of question
you would make the player base angry if their effort were spat on
this is not gatekeeping but offering a reasonnable solution, yes 2 months for the full Gollux set is much too long but guaranteeing the pieces every weeks is no,,,,drop rate should be on average 1 piece every 3 weeks down from it taking 2 months
and yes having to kill him everyday is obnoxious,thats why i suggested 2 kills per week in my previous thread for the current difficulty gollux with ofc course the drop rate being risen up to match 2 kill a week + more coins than we currently get 700 coins monthly---> 1631 coins monthly average
Regarding Gollux, please do not touch this content. Even suggestions for improvement give me chills, especially now that MapleSEA has announced they will remove Commerci, Gollux, and Afterlands from the game. Afterlands and my take on it
It is said that the rewards will be obtainable through other channels, but it is unclear whether this will be better or worse. The Afterlands totems, in my opinion, are not particularly significant. They have been replaced by Guild Castle totems. Although these are somewhat expensive, they provide a decent alternative.
Commerci and my take on it
Commerci, after the removal of the transpose option of boss flames to the equipment, has become obsolete. I do not mind this content being removed from the game, as the most valuable items have already become legacy. This removal does not really upset me or anyone I know.
Gollux and my take on it
Gollux, however, is a different matter. It is excellent content that I would prefer to remain untouched. Receiving a chance on the Superior Belt and Earrings from a simple daily is remarkable, as these items remain with you for a very long time. The Necklace being transposable into the Source of Suffering is one of the best features in the game. It is the only guaranteed pitched item we can Starforce transfer semi-frequently, about once a month, into. If Nexon alters Gollux, I fear it will be for the worse rather than the better.
This is all GMS content, the other regions are ran differently.
Afterlands should be remade or just removed since we have Guild Totems anyways that are easier to obtain and are stronger.
Remaking it into relevant content would be better and would fix the bugs with it.
Commerci needs an update.
Gollux just some quality of life features and to be expanded upon further.
Including making the colours of the gems match the colours of the equipment i.e. Superior would all have green gems instead of purple gems to make the equipment easier to see which is which.
not guaranteed, higher chance to drop based on the difficulty. Just all 4 items can drop instead of only belt and earring.
