Why are we not Selling Boss Packages Separately?

I checked over in the KMS, and they sold the boss package separately. Why on earth are we not getting the packages separately? The Adversary and Baldrix packages are new, so I think we should at least be able to get these two separately. I already have all the others so I don't need four package deal. I really like how the weapons look, but I'm not wasting money on two extra packages that I don't need.
