Face transfer event/coupon

There are faces I have saved on some characters that have not come back in the last 5 years, that I am beginning to highly doubt will ever come back. I think it would be great to be have an event where we can transfer one, or have the ability to obtain a coupon that allows the transfer of one face to another character with whatever usual restrictions like gender. We have had a few for hair in the past, so I don't see why we can't also have this. I desperately want this face on my main, and I truly see no other way of getting it on the right character.
