Revamp Guild Weekly Mission/Culvert

The current state of weekly guild mission points and culvert do not work with modern maple. Small guilds lack the manpower needed to cap weekly guild mission points, and culvert causes an unnecessary divide amongst the community with its competitiveness.

As it stands right now, the requirements for weekly guild mission points are as follows: 5k hunting points or 80 boss points equates to 1 weekly guild mission point. Guilds can obtain a total of 200 points; each member can gain a max of 10 per week. This system isn’t feasible for guilds that are lacking in numbers. For a much friendlier weekly, maybe something along the lines of 1k hunting points or 20 boss points per 1 weekly point, as well as an increase to the max amount of points a guild member can contribute per week (say 15 points as opposed to 10).

Culvert is a product of its time. It was a means to replace the time consuming nature of old flagrace, while still providing guilds an opportunity to compete for points each week. However, modern maple has wedged culvert into a position where it's equally, if not more competitive than what flagrace used to be. The system should encourage all guilds to have a fair shot at obtaining Noblesse SP, but this isn’t the case. Players should not have to seek out larger guilds in order to have access to higher level skills. Instead, the system could extend the same forgiveness it has to lower point rankings to the higher ones. Assign a point threshold to the rest of the scoring tiers, and allow all guilds a chance to obtain more Noblesse SP without the need for competition. Below is a chart that shows what that change could look like. The values for ‘Points’ in the after column are taken from the % increase from the previous scores in the before column, but mirrored. This should allow guilds to gain more weekly SP without the need to worry about their placement week after week. At the same time, this should appease stronger guilds that might find this new system unfair.

These suggestions are being shared in the hopes that smaller guilds can be encouraged to stick around and rally together, all the while bringing more lax requirements to much larger, already established guilds.

A character can easily cap weekly mission by just doing bosses, no grind is required and it's very easy for even a small number of people to handle this.
Weekly is so passive and free that it's not even worth considering.

Culvert is also in this boat but even more so, this is actually the easiest of the three.
A single person can hit 25 points easily by scoring 60k or more points.
Going beyond this is only for the try hard guilds and they should be rewarded for doing so.

Flag is the real problem as it requires a minimum of 10 runs which are all at the 1k cap.
This means realistically either a large number of people who aren't great at flag or a small handful of people that are, running it multiple times on mules.
Regardless, this is a non-issue and even a single person can technically handle this in a guild that only contains their main and 9 mules.

For weekly you'll need 20 characters which is really just adding another person with their mules into your guild.
This system already works for small guilds.
