The stronger HP monsters and their increased base EXP made the game way more fun and enjoyable to play in as it made the mobbing experience more engaging and for pre-200 levels allowed for every map to be able to be trained on.

Now with Heroic being GMS exclusive, you could finally make the non-KMS maps also have the increased HP and EXP values as well, and the original values too when Reboot first launched! (Retaining the scaling for Grandis maps and beyond for their HP and base EXP increased values - these are going to be very tanky monsters.)

As an all worlds bonus, I would also reduce reduce the EXP curve of character levels, and also remove tera blink and reduce the power of the burning effects, to create both a much more pleasant experience for new players and a permanent one at that so that when a new player decides to check out the game one day randomly, then the game is more enjoyable baseline to play. (New players will never participate in events, so the base experience needs to be enjoyable.)

Recommended Level Curve Reduction:
Levels 1-100: Roughly 50% Reduction.
Levels 100-210: Roughly 65% Reduction. (This will help new players fill out their link skills by going all the way to level 210.)
Levels 210-225: Roughly 60% Reduction.
Levels 225-235: Roughly 50% Reduction.
Levels 235-240: Roughly 75% Reduction.
Levels 240-245: Roughly 20% Reduction.
Levels 245-255: Roughly 40% Reduction.
Levels 255-260: Roughly 35% Reduction.
Levels 260-265: Roughly 10% Reduction.
Levels 265-270: Roughly 15% Reduction.
Levels 270-275: Roughly 25% Reduction.
Levels 275-280: Roughly 20% Reduction.
Levels 280-285: Roughly 30% Reduction.
Levels 285-290: Roughly 5-10% Reduction. (Smoothing out the curve to 290.)

Tera Blink (and Anything Similar):
Deleted from GMS.

Also, delete the potion that instantly levels a character from 1 to 200.

Extreme Growth Potion adjustments:
~ Max level for the instant levels increase from 200 to 210.
~ (Maximum Flat Amount of EXP when using above the max level is increased to the level 209-210 EXP amount as a result, instead of the level 199-200 EXP.)
~ Leveling decreased from a random amount of levels between 1-10 to 1-5.
~ Allow to be usable while any character burning effect is taking place.

Character Burning Effects Adjustments::
Mega Burning:
~ Max level when it ends increased from 150 to 210. (Helps newer and returning players build out their link skills.)
~ Leveling decreased from 1+2 to 1+1.
~ Now grants a fixed and 90-days temporary Fafnir Equipment set + Fafnir Weapon.

Tera Burning:
~ Max level when it ends increased from 200 to 235. (Helps newer and returning players get started with all 6 Arcane Symbols sooner.)
~ Leveling decreased from 1+2 to 1+1.
~ Additional Rewards to add:
- Now grants a level 5 Arcane Symbol for each area at the corresponding key levels.
- Now grants a Burning Ring at level 210.
- Now grants a selection box between a fixed Absolab Weapon or Dominator Pendent at level 220.
- Now grants 100 Nodestones every 5 levels, up to and including level 235. Every other Nodestone package also grants 10 Experience Nodestones as well.

Hyper Burning:
~ Leveling decreased from 1+4 to 1+2.
[This should feel more-less similar leveling speed with the combined EXP curve reductions.]

Now with buffing up the Final Damage passive for Heroic Worlds, but with changes too (intended to be a substantial buff to make up the damage gap difference between Heroic and Interactive Worlds, and the change to focus on tackling the stronger monsters in a more gradual way).

This change to the final damage passive is to bring Heroic Worlds back to the joys of leveling!

All values stack additively on each other.
Base Value (Character Level 0): +21% Final Damage [This is important for a brand new account.]

Gain +1% Final Damage every 3 levels up to level 200. (+66% Final Damage from this at level 200.)
Gain +5% Final Damage at level 100.
Gain +8% Final Damage at level 160.

[At level 200, this is a net total of +100% Final Damage.]
This damage is intended to help kill the very tanky original HP monsters that Reboot once had and to help new players get into early game bosses easier.

At Character Level 200 and Above: Gain the Heroic Power Effect.
~ The Heroic Power Effect is something that passively levels whenever you gain EXP from any source.
~ All monsters grant 150% of the total EXP they gave (including Guild Castle) and EXP from other sources only grant 75% of the EXP, in contributing to Heroic Power leveling. (This is to promote hunting EXP over passive EXP gathering.)
~ The total levels is 100 to start and gets expanded upon when there is a character level cap increase.
~ The total EXP to go from Heroic Power Effect Level 1 to Level 100 is the same EXP to go from character levels 1 to 300.

Every 1 level of the Heroic Power Effect grants +1% Final Damage, up to +100% Final Damage at level 100.

Example for things like a level 400 cap increase and EXP curve reduction:
Any EXP curve reduction for pre-300 character levels will also reduce the total EXP of the Heroic Power from levels 1-100.
While a level cap increase to 400, for example, could extend the max levels to 150, with the 100-150 levels being the same EXP as the current 300-400 levels - will still retain the +1% Final Damage per 1 Heroic Power level.

NOTE: This Final Damage is all additive on itself, so if both the levels and Heroic Power are maxed out, that is a combined +200% Final Damage. Also note that you will reach level 300 before you reach level 100 of Heroic Power.

This is a system that can be both earn your power for more end game damage and still be simple where it is just get EXP to gain power which was one of the core things Reboot was supposed to offer and we should get back to.

It also allows for a reset to levels with a less inflated leveling system without affecting character levels, making levels up more meaningful, and you will level up more often as your character levels and Heroic Power levels will always be desynced to each other.
