Kinesis Redux KINETIC kill count resetting itself

Brief bug summary: For some reason, my Kinesis Redux KINETIC check-in event has been resetting the kill count the past two days.

More details: Upon logging in, I'll start all of my dailies and go to do them. I actively see it popping up at the top of the screen that is counting towards the 1000 kills for (Kinetic), yet when I return to town after doing ~500 mobs worth of dailies and 9000+ from Beyond Haste FEVER, my Kinetic event suddenly says 0/1000. Then I have to go back to a map and do another 1000 kills for it to complete a second time before I can turn it in.

Steps to reproduce: Log in - Accept Dailies - Complete dailies while noticing it actively counting my kills towards KINETIC event - Go to turn in dailies/events and notice it reset itself back to 0

I have no idea why this is happening, but it only started happening to me once it rolled over to a new month. I couldn't even find a bug report about it anywhere else, so maybe it's just me?
