I think you should make only one release date where everyone can join, none of this 2 different days release date.
This is not the hill to die on for something like this and if everyone can play at once will make it into a cool community event thing, it will make the day special.

I highly suggest to rethink how you go about the "Founder's Pack".

New Founder's Pack Idea:
~ Cosmetic outfit set (permanent duration)
~ PERMANENT duration pet that comes fully loaded with all of Classic World's pet skills.
~ 20,000 Maple Points

Price: 50,000 NX only / 49,950 NX only

Just treat it like it is a paid release, but also optional.
And honestly, a fully loaded permanent duration pet would be incentive enough for people to buy into the package and this comes without the baggage of "early access" ability to play Classic MapleStory.

The biggest thing is you should reconsider how you do things and have one release date for everyone to play.

This of course excludes test server players playing the game before the game and/or a patch ships to the live client.

Side thing, Classic World needs minimum at least one way to obtain pets for free and treat other pets and pet outfits as cosmetic purchases. Similar to how Toad and Blackheart are the free-to-play pets.

Pets are a big thing for MapleStory and this is something that should have an in-game way to obtain them, while still having a way to monetize them too via treating them like cosmetic outfits for other pets and pet outfit.
