Allow for 4 Normal Rings to be equipped with a 5th Special Ring for GMS.
This will be a lot more freeing for build opportunities and works for the GMS server a lot better to go alongside our extra rings.

Also, add in a 6th ring slot that only Roro Rings can equip to.
