GMS Has to Move in the Opposite Direction of KMS..

No job uniqueness, ruining the fun of jobs, getting rid of supports, no party play and solo everything, everything auto plays itself, more pay to win, mobility for jobs are all the same, mobbing is mindless, bossing is forceful in playing a gimmicky way with metres galore, etc.

KMS [Korea MapleStory] is ruining this game and this is not the direction I want the game to go in. Jobs have only been ruined since post New Age, we skip everything all the way to 260+, the gameplay experience isn't good especially with the removal of the significantly tankier and more rewarding Reboot monsters, everything is solo, way to many events that are all the same to each other, etc.

Going forward starting now, we need to treat the KMS jobs like they are GMS jobs and stop doing the KMS skill changes. The game is being ruined and after the latest KMS patch, this is the final straw for Modern Maple.

GMS [Global MapleStory] needs to do the opposite!
~ Support both solo and party play.
- Unlock bosses to be playable with 1-6 people for every boss; make Heroic at least always give full mesos for selling boss crystals and drops are client sided for everyone.
- Every challenge mission allow to be played solo or duo.

~ Make supports significantly stronger, their actual support skills of healing, utility, defense, other, and including damage giving buffs, so that supports can actually live out their support fantasy while at the same time doing a better job at support gameplay so that support play is unique and fun (can still attack while doing support gameplay), is engaging, and offers a different experience than a damage job gameplay. This is a very unexplored place for MapleStory.
- With this to support solo and party place, at least for bossing rooms create a final damage modifier based on part size. EXAMPLE: Solo gains +100% increased Final Damage, for every additional party member, lose -20% Final Damage > Solo=100%; 2-Man=80%; 3-Man=60%; 4-Man=40%; 5-Man=20%; 6-Man=0% for increased Final Damage.

Solo has the convenience of running whenever you want while 6-man you have to find other people to party with and not everyone will be of equal power. And a part of this is solo should feel like a way for the player to challenge themselves while party play and having supports in the party should be varying levels of an "easy mode" to get more people participating in the content, while still allowing the solo everything players to still be able to solo everything.

~ Make way more supports, starting with turning existing key certain jobs into proper supports, like Paladin, Battle Mage, Blaze Wizard, Bishop, etc. and restore Kanna back into a support and Sia back into the support she was meant to be! In addition to adding in new support jobs, maybe giving back Beast Tamer as well.

~ With much stronger supports [in their supportive capabilities], we can introduce new types of content that is focused around party play - and partying with supports - but not forced so players can still solo this content and treat the soloing as a way for players to challenge themselves (for fun and pushing their limits).
EXAMPLE: A special type of mobbing experience that is significantly harder than regular mobbing, but still more of a relaxed experience than bossing - mainly when party healer(s) and defensive supports are in play, more of a hardcore experience without / solo. Creating a very engaging and social gameplay experience for most players, and challenging content for others.

I am very frustrated with the direction KMS has been heading the game in ever since post New Age update and the game has been constantly getting worse with every patch.

At this point, I want nothing to do with KMS anymore, either GMS goes in the opposite type of direction and really goes all in on support gameplay and party play (again, without eliminating solo play because solo play is still important) and do it immediately so or GMS will be done for.

The most recent KMS patch is a GMS killer. Canada and America is a lot more of a social culture, so turning a MMO into solo only won't fly - have everything solo-able as an option should be there - but we need to support party player and supports being a lot strong and have a lot more of them, this will create more variance to gameplay, indirectly allow for more damage jobs to be played and do well, and boost the player engagement (and the game being more social boosts revenue too with showing off with cosmetic outfits).

Go play Classic since modern Maple isn't right for you.

I fully endorse the direction Kim Chanseop is heading after gutting support from all classes. Party play is still alive but not in the way you think it is. Players can truly match up with ANYONE not just a class for buffing damage or life support. Even the top KMS streamers still play with other members on their Legion Champions when they want find a duo Extreme Kalos gives out more than a Chaos Solo. Players who party and then want to solo can do so without changing their strategy since there are no crutches offered by support, but just actual damage contribution, and the same can apply in reverse if you solo a Normal boss and get invited to join Hard. The new boss designs that fail you not on just death from HP loss but failing to engage the mechanics is a great design as it shifts boss clearing from just tanking and damage to actual knowing the boss's mechanics and knowing where to step

    What is wrong with you?

Why are you unable to have fun in a game unless the fun is eliminated from other people?
Why can't you have fun in a game if everyone can have fun because they are allowed to play how they want to play?

I ask again. What is wrong with you?

Forceful gameplay is bad game design.
Only one way to play is bad game design.

This is dictatorship levels of control.
This is turning the game into North Korea simulator.
