Classic World: Offer a 16:9 HUD Option

For the bottom of the screen of the main HUD [Heads Up Display] offer the option to choose for the Classic 4:3 bottom that is centralized or can choose for an Updated 16:9 bottom that stretches across the whole bottom.

This 16:9 would have the chat area in the bottom left and the key binds in the bottom right.

A few ways to do it, but the best may be to:
You basically "stretch" out the bottom the full length of the screen to fit a 16:9 display setting, but nothing else is stretches like the name, job, level, chat box, key binds, menu buttons, etc.

The chat box would remain about the username/job name/level, but in the bottom left.
The menu buttons would be the bottom right with the default 2x4 key binds above the menu buttons.

When in 16:9 Mode the differences will be the HP/MP/EXP Bars will become longer to fill the empty space and have just to the left of the menu buttons be extra key binds of either 2x4, 2x5, or 2x6 and no longer offer 3x4 or 2x4 (3x4 would remain as an option if the user is using the Classic 4:3 mode) depending on what width amount of key binds fits and looks good within this stretched out extra space.
[CLARITY: These extra 2x4-6 key bind slots would be at the lowest point of the screen to the left of the menu buttons while the default 2x4 key binds are to the furthest right and above the menu buttons (CTRL/SHIFT/INSERT/HOME/PAGE UP/DELETE/END/PAGE DOWN keys by default).]

This would be nice since having the chat open blocks visibility when playing and chatting in Classic Maple is an important part to the game and placing the key binds to the right corner and chat to the left corner will clear up the central area to be visible and for the player to see what is happening.

Again, this should be set as an option for the player to choose Classic 4:3 HUD style or Updated 16:9 HUD style.
