Im from the Netherlands and i have no clue in what region im in. The ones mentioned for Maplestory Europe don't ring a bell to me:
pacific
eastern
UTC

atm im living at 01.48h on November 11th.
What region should i look for as a reference?

    UTC is UK time, Netherlands is UTC +1
