Getting disconnected when opening the storage

Upon trying to open a storage (tested in several cities) I get disconnected from the game. Downloaded the game today, came from EMS.
Glad if anyone could help, thanks in advance.

    Same here....later i tried to go to event hall with my char...and i got dc.....now i cant logg in anymore

    Can someone please help? I can't play the game properly this way.. I had important items there, and now I can't connect my characters through the storage.

    May I ask what the class is of the character that can't get into storage

    It's with all characters, so you can't share items.
