The European server doesn't seem to work for me at all.
I start the game and I pick the European region, but as soon as I pick a channel I get this message:
"Having trouble logging in? Try logging in at maplestory.nexon.net or visit the Nexon homepage to view support options."

It doesn't matter if I do this on my migrated EU account or my other Global account.
Either way the European region gives me this error and shuts down the game.
However on BOTH those accounts the NA server DOES work which has me completely confused.

Any solutions?

EDIT: I can now acces the EU servers on my global account, but still cannot use my EU account on the EU server.

    I am having a similar issue, however I can access the European region on my Global account.

    I just can't access the European region on my Europe account.

    I can access the Global region on both accounts.

    Yeah, that's what I have now. Still can't access the EU server on my EU account.

    Hello I've also encountered the exact same issue, i tried sending a ticket only to get this in response. http://puu.sh/shlz7/eba1c64096.png I think it's a fault on their end since i can go onto EU worlds on another character. I'll update you if anything changes. :)

    Im getting the same thing. Apparently its if you migrated after november 10th your account will take a while to transfer over.... However they also said the issue would be fixed in the update yesterday but no such luck for me!

    I started to play few days ago after several years break again and i migrated my account. I am also unable to play in Europe server (living in Europe as well) but North America server works fine for some reason. Hopefully this problem gets fixed in near future.

    Your game data possibly hasn't been migrated yet. There was an update on this by GM Thokim that said: Your game data will be migrated over a period of time, with each MapleStory maintenance. You will not be able to play on the Europe server until your game data has migrated. You could play on a North American world for now if you wanted to, but other than that all you can do is wait and check back on the European world after each maintenance.

    All topics related to this issue have the most views the least they can do is tell us that we will be compensated for events we cant participate in...
