Periodic stuttering every 1 to 5 seconds

I know its either my new razor naga or my new corsair RGB K95 that is the culprit but i have no idea how to fix this?!

I can't use my other keyboard because i smashed it for funsies when i got my new keyboard.
this stuttering only happens and occurs with maplestory!

any other games it works 100% fine!

i had to download an official program for my corsair then after i updated its firmware, the game is now working flawlessly!
had no idea! xD
