Disconnecting when trying to transfer NX Stuff

Hi!
My game disconnects when I try to transfer over my permanent Hyper Teleport Rock + my permanent pet from my inventory to my cash shop inventory.
Is there any way to fix this? I want them back on my main character.

    Think its connected to the same problem ive with 0 nx left, i noticed all your credits are also 0 in the screenshots.
