Can't log into a specific character

After a recent server crash, i couldn't login into my character in bera anymore.
Right after typing my PIN code, i get the message "Having trouble logging in?".
Other characters in the same server work fine.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
I've tried reinstalling the game on both of my computers, the issue persists.
