cannot use name?

Hello, i'm having a problem. Apparently I cant use my name when it's a normal name and is not taken. What's going on here? Luna server. I get "You cannot use this name"

The name is Saifo, both with caps and without caps doesn't work

For me, both Saifo and saifo don't work
