Cant proceed quest on zero-Chapter3,part 2

I started playing my zero after a long time again today. The story says i cleared the first part of chapter 3. I'm on the one about a cursed child i think. I'm in henesys but it wont let me start. It says something about "cant proceed here". Ive looked up videos on youtube and they start quest in mirror world henesys. Not working for me though.

    are you the proper level to start the quest?
