why can't i get the golden key from the sack in the afterlands?

and why am i doing such low damage as a lvl 91 luminous, my damage is literally between 6 to 8k i saw a kaiser near my lvl do a couple of hundred thousand damage.
and whats the point in having a secondary weapon they don't provide you with anything... and yes my gear on my luminous is the same as my bow master and my bowmaster do between 10k to 80k

i'm having such a hard time killing mobs at my lvl....
