Fact or Fiction quest is bugged

Fact or Fiction doesn't have a portal show up in the El Nath Market Place to the far right. Nor is there any form of hide out on Icy Path II {which in all honesty I shouldn't have this quest if I really have to go into Icy Path II at level fricken 31 -.-}
This has apparently been broken since 2014, from what i've researched into the issues of the quest and found on wiki sites and such. Showing me you really don't care about your game any more. Oh well what can you expect for a game this old anyways lol.

    I just made my Kanna this week, having the same problem. I don't see why this isn't even fixed at this point. I guess there's no reason to finish the questline.
