Kaiser Final Form Color Problems

Time And Date Of Incident: 11/25/16 Around 1 P.M. (Pacific Time)

Before the incident my Kaiser's final form was black with purple outlines (I got the kaiser outline color change coupon from the Tempest event when Kaiser was released) , but now when I turn into final form on my Kaiser it's color is the 3rd job Kaiser red color with my purple outlines from the Tempest event. I've also noticed that whenever I use a basic attack or skills with my Kaiser's final form on, it goes back to black with purple outlines briefly until the skill/basic attack animation is over.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Get an Kaiser that has completed his 4th job advancement with Final Form.

2. Fill up his gauge and use Final Form

NOTE: I do not know if this issue 100% reproducible, but there are many other Kaisers experiencing this issue as well:
