Cinematics Problem

Everytime a video is about to play( like the friendstory opening and the kinesis video) my game crashes, and because those videos occur after some cutscene, when I log into my character it comes back at the beginning of the cutscene, so I can't do anything else.

    I haven't actually encountered this particular problem, although I have encountered some freezing because the cutscenes are loaded from YouTube now to reduce the client size.

    I recommend you file a ticket and post in the stuck characters forum to see if a GM can move you.
