hot week extra gift

i think theres a bug:
cuz i collected every box and opened it each day through the week but today i havent recieved the extra gift.
i did collect one box with another character in the same world though.
"You are not required to have received each day’s Gift Box on the same character in order to be eligible for the extra gift, but it does have to be with characters in the same world (multiple worlds in World Alliances don't count)."
