Stuck in Commerci Republic

As the title says, i am currently stuck in Assassin's Den Interior, Commerci Republic. I tried several times to defeat Il Capo mini boss; however, I couldn't. So I tried to leave the place but it won't let me because I have to finish the quest which is impossible.
