Missing Beast Tamer Skills

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: A few of beast tamer's cat skills have disappeared from their cat skill tab. One that includes the skill "Friends of Arby", which is usually one of the last skills on the list. Luckily, my beast tamer already maxed all it's cat skills and retained the passive buff, but for newer beast tamers, it might not necessarily show.
