Hello if someone can helpme with the guideline from below i`ll aprecciate.

I know that this coupons were gifted but i just switched players and lost 2 coupons without use it.

Brief bug summary: lost EXP Coupons

More details: When switch my characters i lost 2 of the 3 coupons

(anything not included in the other sections of your report)

Steps to reproduce: log out to switch characters

(if not covered in the summary)

Character name: JonyDrago

Character level: was LVL 50

Character job: Evan

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 02-12-2016 5:00 am in Venezuela (-4:00 gmt i think)

(mention your time zone if you aren't posting Pacific time)
