V Daily reward box Cube missing

We are suppose to get a Miracle circulator and a Master's craftsman cube. I did not receive the cube only the Mirc Circ.

    Obtained the Daily V 180m Box today at 5:30ish PM EST; however the rewards (reward points, miracle circulator, & master craftsman cube) are not awarded on opening.

    Instead, a dialogue box with the text, "Here is your Play V Rewards 180-min login reward!" appears. After which the Daily V 180m Box remains in my inventory and rewards are not dispersed.
