can someone explain me the play V event?

i get the 1st box activating 2 runes, then i enter the pollo and fritto and i don't get any reward for that, my 1st box again says activate 2 runes. and the second one says "complete" but i can't claim, and timer is stuck at 30 mins? i really don't get it

also, gm log into reboot and see how unplayable your game is atm

    There is a second timer that counts down an additional 30 min. Then you can redeem your second box. Anytime you d/c, the timer resets.
