Burning account abilities locked

the level 50 and 70
or whatever relative levels needed to unlock the abilities are still locked. i assume this is because the character may not have exactly landed on 30, 50 and 70.

This is displeasing especially as the events right now are giving miraculous ability resets

Fix asap please!

    Check your lightbulb notifier for the quest "Second Ability - something".
