Missing Frozen Gear - BURNING EVENT

Brief bug summary: Missing the legendary box with the frozen gear.

More details: I created a character up to lvl 151 with the burning effect. I decided to delete it and create a new one. Presently playing on that new burned character.
Only problem : I never got the legendary box in my inventory. I clicked on the " 1+2 lvl up challenge" in the event part. I clicked everywhere. No solution. Still no box.


Steps to reproduce:
-Create a burning character x 2

-Lvling up to 100 and then I'll check again if the content spawn.

Character name: AsiaNL00K

Character level: 79 right now

Character job: DualBlade

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: December 4th, 2016 at 0732 UTC west Europe
