Red Draco Mount

Hi so I usually don't play explorers so forgive me for not knowing, but I am currently leveling a cannoneer rn and have learned that you can't get the hog mount anymore. SO my question is, can you still get the red draco mount at lvl 200 even tho you can't get the hog or silver mane anymore? it is not a huge issue, but I would be kind of disappointed if you cannot get the red draco mount anymore at 200 because you cannot get the hogs anymore.

    Unfortunately, you can no longer get the Hog, the Silvermane, or Red Draco.

    Is this still true, if so Nexon should make it where you can get Red Draco since you can still get the quest at 200 or just get rid of the quest
