Can't log in! HELP! ERROR MESSAGE NPC ID: 9001137

Can't log in. The Client will launch, and i then click the world and channel, and when my characters Load into the client, waiting to log in,

a popup happens that says

NPC ID: 9001137 ... Then Disconnects.

    Maplestory Error and Disconnect Right after Trying to Load Data

    delete the client and everything that has to do with maple in C:
    update your comp
    restart the comp
    turn off your antivirus/ firewall
    then redownload the game
