Cannot create Resistance character with dark skin

I just now created a new Blaster on Reboot server, and selected Dark skin on the customization options. But when I went out to the character selection screen, the character's skin was Pale instead. On entering the game, still Pale.

So I deleted the character and started over. Dark skin turned to Pale skin again.

I tried again with Tanned skin. Pale-ified again.

Have all the brown people of Edelstein been deported? But Trump doesn't get inaugurated for weeks!

Since I also created a Dark skinned Aran on the same server just fine, it does not seem to affect all character types.

Steps to reproduce: Create a new resistance character selecting Dark or Tanned skin. When you return to the character selection screen, it won't have that skin color.
