Gear not showing stats or potentials

for some odd reason none of my gear shows any of it's stats. all my gear just shows the base stat requirement and how much it raises my stats. it doesn't show an potentials nor if it has + anything on it (i.e. dex +1, etc.). This is occurring on all my characters, any ideas?
