Maple Admin cannot nodrop remove Tot's Pupil

Maple Admin incorrectly responds that you do not have a nodrop item to remove when you go to her to remove the Tot's Pupil medal.

Steps to reproduce:
* Get "Tot's Pupil" medal from Tot's "Reward System" quest.
* Go to Maple Admin and ask her to remove your nodrop items.
