Garbage Download Speeds

I'm returning to maple from a few months of inactivity and was excited to see that 5th job has been implemented now, but as I'm trying to download the update I'm only getting a MAXIMUM of about 70kB/s download speeds. What gives? It's only a 1.77 GB update, usually that would take my network only a few minutes to download.

    Sigh. So the 1.77GB update finished to uncover another 9.66 GB update, and now I'm back to ~400 kB/s speeds. What the hell is going on with your servers nexon?

    to be fair I don't think this is on nexon's end because I had to redownload maplestory yesterday and I got my usual 13MB/s.
