Weird Ursus bug?

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this weird ursus bug. There was no meteors for the whole run and when ursus rage mode began, there was a small power bar on its head when ever it used attacks. The meteors were all stuck in the top of the map. This happened for 3 runs and it was exclusive to only me.

Restart your computer.

when ursus rage mode begins there is supposed to be no meteor stage. my guild calls it heaven stage or after cancer stage. cancer stage stops when he has 10% hp left.
