MS Global in EU

The game ends when I try to select a server. I read that this is the transition from a global European servers. When can I start MS Global in the EU?

    you can only start when the Migration happens and the IP restriction is removed.

    now your next question will be "But when will that happen" and I can tell you they will announce when it will happen when it's ready to happen.
