Sakura Cellions not dropping anything

I'm unable to finish the quest that implies Sakura Cellions drop Cherry Blosson Seed. Been hunting over a hundred with the Mutant Ribbon Pig familiar with me an none of them dropped anything

    It's a quest item, it should drop regardless of level.

    This has been an issue for years. The Sakura Cellion drops don't exist because somethingsomething exclusive mob iirc.
