Let's start it I have two computers, a laptop this first and this second desktop computer.
Laptop computer Global MapleStory works,
But desktop computer I can play exclusively in Europe.
If someone can help me I will be happy.

    Accounts made before 2007 can play GMS even from Europe. New accounts can't.

    If it doesn't matter which account you're using, then I suspect you have a tool on your laptop that makes it look like it's in America. That's against the rules, btw.

    My laptop has recently formatted and the only thing I downloaded it this MapleStory and War Rock.
    And the nexon account I use a laptop opened less than a week ago
    And a desktop computer user has been just two years or more

    Okay, I'll try to fix some things,
    The old account: REDACTED I can not play GMS
    But the new account: REDACTED
    I can, and it is now after the test I put the new user on the desktop computer GMS and worked for me

    Don't post your account names in public.
    You can put them in a Customer Service Request (ticket), if you make one, at: http://support-maplestory.nexon.net

    I am guessing that you can play the new account because it was created after the migration was supposed to happen, so the IP restrictions don't apply to it. But I don't know. Seems everything to do with this migration is a little mixed-up at the moment.
