I completed 3 out of 4 items.
Was semi afk waiting for 30 min last item.
Somehow magically lost credit for my other 3 items?
EDIT:
Might have been caused by equipping the 3 items.
Removing them from equipment then re-logging seemed to correct it.

    Yeah, you need them in your inventory for it to trigger. Can't have them equipped til after.

    You can use the items from the previous day more than once.

    I finished this quest last night. After you find the basic equipment item corresponding to the quest items, you need to double click them, and they should start the individual quest (if i recall) for that piece. One makes you wait 30 minutes and the others make you kill monsters.
