Question about GM and account.

So I logged in today and I was asked to create a PIC(like a new account or something)... but I did not reset the PIC or anything. I found it strange but I still proceed to create one and when I logged into my character, the blue box about logging in from different IP address came out. So I was wondering could this be the work of a GM as I've sent a ticket recently about a lost item... or could it be just a bug..?

    Yes, this is what happens after a GM has logged in to your account.
