Yesterdays 2 hour crash

Heyo,

I am from Scandia on the America server and I would like to talk about the problems yesterdays crash caused. Yesterday was the next to last day of breakthrough and many people were forced to give up on gaining levels because they couldn't during that 2 hour crash and didn't have enough time to level up to 200 before 7:00 pm eastern reset. I am asking if you could please add another day of breakthrough for those who where so close to 200 or at least return the reset time in the America server to how it was originally.
