Beast Tamer cannot find Mega Burning Project

Hi,

I created a new character for the Mega Burning Project, but the quest is not coming up in the start notifications, its coming up on my level 204, but its not coming up on the new character which is level 30?

is their anything i need to do to get the quest active?

    I had it pop at Lv.34, but I think the threshold is Lv.33.
