[Guild] Daily Message

A great idea from when I played Black Desert.
Whenever a guild member login they can read a guild message down below at the chatbar, forexample.
"Remember to do RA Daily for Guild Contribution or "Check out the guild boarder for general info & CRA carries"

This way we don't have to remind people in guild chat everytime someone logs in. I know there is discord for these kind of stuff, but would be nice to have these options ingame.
