[Cash Shop] Title Fusion Anvils

We have fusion anvils for equips and medals, but we have yet to have anvils for titles. I'd like to keep the stats of my Holy Pink Beanity title, but would like the appearance of a different title in place of it. This doesn't affect the game in any way aside from aesthetics, so I see no reason why it shouldn't be implemented. I'd definitely shell out some money for it if it did get added into the game.
