Events/Cash Shop Items diversity

I'd really like to know who is in charge of making the decisions for what is going to be on sales in the Cash Shop and also the events going on at moment. I'm a returned player, who had left since October 2015 and verily I can testify that these current events are extremely terrible. As for the Cash Shop update or daily sales it goes the same, pretty nothing interesting.

I'd like to spend money but the current events and cash shop items don't make sense at all. I can't blame the community manager because they don't make the decisions but those who are getting the reports from the ( CM ) are those to blame. People want to see another nx transfer event which could have been done for new year instead of the new year shop which had nothing interesting in it to begin with. Here, I have an idea that will please both sides. You guys can sell the nx transfer for 500nx/each transfer and use platinum scissors for untradeable items such as: black swordsman medal, sylph ring & more in returns you guys actually make more profits over the time instead of redoing the same event a year or two later down the line. People are constantly switching between characters and that's where the money is sitting in transferring stuff.


On an ending note, I really hope to see better stuff coming up from the whole nexon team because right now even if the new 5th job update came out it feels the same as when I left.

Paying nx to transfer our perms that we bought/wore on the wrong character? No thank you. This should remain a free service, and according to the pleas of many, not an event.

I understand but it has to be just for both parties... Doing it as you wish for free will eventually affect their economy. Moreover, 500nx/1k nx is nothing compared to the time that you have to wait for the next cash item transfer event. It gives them less excuses to put more work on upcoming events that matter with great contents that will help the player to progress without feeling left behind or stagnant because he or she cannot spend 100$ on nx for cubing or shielding scrolls.

What about the people who prefer not to spend real money on perms? If you get all your perms from the FM, then that transfer fee would anger a lot of of the F2P maplers. Also, I think it would make people hesitant to buy things incase they change their mind on which character to put them on because of that extra transfer fee. If I buy stuff from the cs, it's stored on 1-2 characters until we get a transfer even. If it cost more nx to transfer it, I'd rather just wait until others open boxes instead of taking part in the cash shop specials.

The game has always been that way to begin with, people used to buy perm nx and keep them on one character and have their friends help them to do a transfer on the desired character. The nx transfer was never something free and was introduced in late 2014 if my memory is correct as an event. And again you have to be fair because the employees/servers maintenance don't get paid from the trees.

That being said, you can't ask them to give everything for free especially when perm nx items used and still is a big part of their economy besides cubes & protection scrolls nowadays. Moreover, let's say you don't want to pay 500 nx/1k nx per transfer and stick with your idea of waiting for the premium surprise style boxes which cost 3.4k nx each. If you're lucky you'll get the item that you want but at the end it's still a random drop so you might be passing 3-4 boxes before getting what you actually wanted and again that's if these boxes contains the perm nx that you wished for. If not you'll need to wait another 2-3 months down the line for the next surprise style boxes to come back. While at fixed rate of 500/1k nx a transfer it makes more sense for an items that you already have and is hard to get by.


These are just my two cents on how it could have been better for both sides. But again, who knows they might go for a route like you just mentioned or they might keep the same old way of doing it as an event.
