STORAGE ROOM EXPANSION NOT WOKRING !!!!

Hi, I just only bought 4 Storage Room expansion scroll from General Store from Edelstein but it wasn't working!
I am sure I did not make any mistake when expanding my Storage room space in Storage Keeper, as I have expand my storage space before.
PLEASE HELP !! I want to transfer items to my sub character and I wasted so much meso and its not working!!

    It take several hours for storage room slot to apply, so wait a while.
