no more weapon ??

i've used a potential scroll for better enhancement on my lvl 150 weapon Amaterasu's Axe of a thousand blades the scroll worked but my weapon dissapeared and in the chat you can read This item doesnt work on the item something like that and now im left with no weapon... i dont understand what happened ??
